BioOne Ambassador Award

The annual BioOne Ambassador Award recognizes early-career authors for their ability to effectively communicate the importance and impact of their research in the biosciences community and to a broader audience.

Nominees are:

• Current graduate students or have completed a graduate degree (e.g., master’s or doctorate) within the last five years (2020-2025). 
• Authors who published an article in your journal during the 2025 volume year or articles with a 2025 online publication date in BioOne Complete.
• Nominated by the publication’s editors

Societies are welcome to submit up to 3 articles authored by eligible nominees. Article co-authors are counted as a single nominee. Please remember to tell your authors that you have nominated them for a BioOne Ambassador Award and to expect to receive an email with further information from BioOne.
